About these terms. These Terms of Service apply to your use of pritamnayak.com and the Pritam Nayak app (together, the "site") and to anything you order through it. The site is operated by Pritam Nayak Couture Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. The site is not directed at children. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order.

Your account. You can browse and buy as a guest, or create an account with your name, email address and a password. Please give accurate details and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. We may suspend or close an account that is misused, or that is used to place orders in someone else's name without their knowledge.

Products and prices. Our pieces are hand-worked, so small variations in cloth, colour and embroidery are part of how they are made, and photographs may differ slightly from the piece in your hands. Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The total for your order, with any applicable GST and shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Placing an order. An order is placed when you complete payment at checkout, and we confirm it to you by email. Where a piece is made to order, the timeline is quoted at the time of your order. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund the payment in full. We may decline or cancel an order that we cannot fulfil, or that appears to be fraudulent or placed in error, and we will refund any payment you made for it.

Payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner. The payment methods available are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Your order is processed once the payment has been confirmed by the payment partner.

Shipping and delivery. Most pieces ship in four to six weeks, and made-to-order items are quoted individually. Delivery dates are our best estimate and not a guarantee. More detail is on our Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us, so please check that your delivery address is complete and correct.

Cancellations, returns and refunds. You can cancel an order from your account until it has moved on to making or dispatch; after that it can no longer be cancelled. Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within fourteen days if unworn. Made-to-order and altered pieces are final sale. We review a return request before anything is refunded, and an approved refund is paid back to the original payment method; the time it then takes to show in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, for goods that are defective or not as described.

Reviews and what you send us. If you post a review or send us photos or other content, you confirm that it is yours to share and that it is honest and lawful. You allow us to publish it on the site as described in our Privacy Policy, to edit it for length, and to remove it if it breaks these terms. Only a shortened name is shown publicly, never your email address.

Acceptable use. Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break or probe its security, interfere with how it works, collect data from it by automated means, place orders you do not intend to pay for, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our designs and content. The designs, photographs, films, text, logos and other material on the site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the site and share its pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs or content without our written permission.

Liability. We take care over the site and the pieces we make, but the site is provided as it is, and we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms as the site and our practices change. The effective date above will change when we do, and the terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.

Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please write to us first through our Contact page at pritamnayak.com/pages/contact, giving your order reference if you have one; we aim to answer within two working days and will do our best to put things right. If a dispute cannot be settled that way, it may be taken to the courts in India that have jurisdiction.
