Pasapali is the chequerboard of Odisha's ikat tradition: a grid of diamonds whose soft, feathered edges come from dyeing the threads before they are woven. Here it is worked in dusty rose and soft blue on handwoven cotton and tailored into a single-breasted blazer.

The cut is structured but easy to wear: peak lapels, a buttoned front, flap pockets at the hip and buttoned cuffs. The diamonds run across the front, back and sleeves, so the blazer reads as one field of colour from every side.

Wear it over a white top with wide ivory trousers for daytime events and dinners, or with denim for the weekend. Made to order in your size. The styling pieces in the photos (top, trousers and jewellery) are not included.

How to measure

Use a soft tape measure over light clothing, snug but not tight, and keep it level. The fit line above says which measurement to choose by.

Bust
Around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
Waist
Around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso, just above the navel.
Hip
Feet together, around the fullest part of your hips.
Length
The blazer's own length, measured from the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem. Hold a tape from the same point on yourself to see where it will fall.
